How Can We Help You?

Schedule an In-Person Consultation:
In most cases the best way to get answers to your questions is to schedule an in-person consultation. This allows you to meet the attorney and ask your questions directly. And it allows us to review your documents, discuss your history, and try to craft a solution that will work for you. You can schedule a consultation by calling our at 913-267-5511 or submitting your request in the form below.
Most consultations are completed in about an hour. Some are shorter. If your case is especially complicated we may want to schedule more than an hour.
Once you have scheduled a consultation, please make sure to read our outline of how best to prepare and what documents to bring.
Consult By Phone or Skype:
Although an in-person consultation is usually best, we can also consult by telephone, Skype, Google Hangouts, or whatever method you prefer. We represent immigrants all over the world, and sometimes meeting in person isn’t an option. If you would prefer to consult by phone, Skype, Google Hangouts, or some other method, you can call our office at 913-267-5511 and let us know or submit your request in the form below. Please include your name and a brief description of the issue you’re interested in discussing.
Our office is conveniently located in Overland Park, Kansas. We are near Johnson County Community College and less than a minute from the I-485 Quivira exit.
It is also possible to schedule a consultation somewhere other than our office. If you are unable to make it to our office and need to schedule an in-person consultation at another location, let our staff know.
Hours of Operation:
Our office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We try to schedule all new client consultations for Tuesdays and Wednesdays but if you have an emergency and need to meet sooner, please let our office know.
We charge a consultation fee of $60. You can pre-pay this fee by credit card, or you can bring cash, a check, or your credit card to the consultation.
Please keep in mind that just sending me a message doesn’t automatically create an attorney-client relationship. We’ll do our best to respond to you within 24 hours.
